are very pleased to welcome you at villa Mediterranea in Vinaros.
We are confident that the villa and its setting will provide you
with all the things you could possibly wish to make the most of
your stay. Please read the following information about the villa.
Respect
the villa and the neighbourhood
You
may smoke outside as long and wherever you want but please don't
smoke inside the villa for the obvious reasons. Please do respect
the calm and quietness of the neighbourhood, particularly during the
evening, night and early in the morning.
Reservations
and rental period
A deposit is required for reservations via phone and/or e-mail.
Reservations are valid once the deposit of 30% has been transferred
into our account. The balance payment should also be paid via bank
transfer up to 6 weeks before your arrival.
In principal Saturday is changeover day but we may accept other
days, please enquire. Please keep us informed about your time of
arrival so we or our representative can welcome you and hand over
the keys. We will provide you with all the details once your booking
has been registered and the deposit and the balance have been paid.
The day of departure you should leave the property in a tidy state
before 10 am, to allow us to do all the necessary preparations for
the next guests. In case you should want to leave earlier than
planned, there won't be any pro-rated restitution of funds.

Security
deposit
Before your arrival you should also have transferred a security
deposit (see prices) into our account. We'll transfer the full
amount back within a week after your departure if no damages or
breakages have occurred. The security deposit covers possible
damages which might occur during your stay. In case you fail to
transfer the funds, you will have no access to the villa.
Household
linen (OPTION)
We
can provide you with a full house linen package for an extra fee
or you can bring your own.
Maintenance
swimming pool
There is a
weekly professional maintenance of the swimming pool all year round.
Theft
and accidents
The owner cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft or
injuries/accidents which occurred at the premises during your stay.
Be careful with your stuff and do close all the shutters and lock
the doors and garage and follow the security instructions you
received when you leave the house for a longer period. We recommend
to close the front entrance gates as well.
